SERVICES
ClearCatch provides you with full transparency of the
vessels supplying your products, by providing a monthly
Compliance & Key Indicator Report.
We get the information to do this using the following 4 step process

1
Product & Supplier Details
ClearCatch will map vessels to your products. To do this, you tell us your:
-
Product names
-
Product codes
-
Minimum sourcing requirements
-
Suppliers

2
Supplier Onboarding
ClearCatch gets vessel information from your suppliers, using documents they already have.
We will onboard your suppliers and work with them to begin reporting by a date set by you.

3
Reporting Begins
Suppliers will log on to the ClearCatch platform, select your relevant product, and submit either a:
-
Catch Certificate (imported products)
-
Sales Notes (for UK / EU landed fish sold domestically)
-
Dealer Reports (for US landed fish sold domestically)
These documents contain vessel details, providing transparency of which vessels supply your products.

4
ClearCatch Reports
ClearCatch will review these documents and verify every vessel complies with your minimum sourcing requirement.
We will also use publicly available databases to report on species-specific key indicators.
This is reported back to you in your monthly reports.
ClearCatch takes this information and provides you with a monthly Compliance & Key Indicator Report.
This report is broken down into 2 sections:

Section 1: Compliance
A list of all vessels that have been submitted to ClearCatch during the previous month that do not comply with your minimum sourcing requirements.
The details included are:
-

-

-
Vessel information
-
How they do not comply with your minimum sourcing requirements
This enables you to efficiently address non-compliant supply chains.

Section 2:
Key Indicators
A list of all products and the vessels used to supply each product in the last 2 years.
The details included are:
-
Product details
-
Vessel information
-

-
Species-specific key indicators
This enables you to maintain an up-to-date and detailed overview of all vessels in your supply chain, covering 2 years of supply.
