ClearCatch provides you with full transparency of the

vessels supplying your products, by providing a monthly 

Compliance & Key Indicator Report. 

We get the information to do this using the following 4 step process

Product & Supplier Details

ClearCatch will map vessels to your products. To do this, you tell us your:

  • Product names

  • Product codes

  • Minimum sourcing requirements

  • Suppliers

Supplier Onboarding

ClearCatch gets vessel information from your suppliers, using documents they already have.  

We will onboard your suppliers and work with them to begin reporting by a date set by you.

Reporting Begins

​​Suppliers will log on to the ClearCatch platform, select your relevant product, and submit either a:

  • Catch Certificate (imported products)

  • Sales Notes (for UK / EU landed fish sold domestically)

  • Dealer Reports (for US landed fish sold domestically)

These documents contain vessel details, providing transparency of which vessels supply your products.

ClearCatch Reports

ClearCatch will review these documents and verify every vessel complies with your minimum sourcing requirement.

 

We will also use publicly available databases to report on species-specific key indicators. 

 

This is reported back to you in your monthly reports. 

ClearCatch takes this information and provides you with a monthly Compliance & Key Indicator Report. 

This report is broken down into 2 sections:

Section 1: Compliance

A list of all vessels that have been submitted to ClearCatch during the previous month that do not comply with your minimum sourcing requirements.

 

The details included are:

  • Supplier name

  • Product name & code

  • Vessel information

  • How they do not comply with your minimum sourcing requirements

This enables you to efficiently address non-compliant supply chains.

Section 2:
Key Indicators

A list of all products and the vessels used to supply each product in the last 2 years.

 

The details included are:​

  • Product details

  • Vessel information 

  • Date last used to supply

  • Supplier name

  • Species-specific key indicators 

This enables you to maintain an up-to-date and detailed overview of all vessels in your supply chain, covering 2 years of supply. 

We know that your minimum sourcing requirements and the relevant key indicators may change by species. We adjust our reporting to this.
